Once a referral is received from your General Practitioner or Specialist, it is promptly reviewed and triaged. Our administrative staff will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
If you prefer, you may contact our practice directly, and our friendly staff will assist with the booking process. Please inform us of any language or communication barriers when scheduling. While we do not provide interpreter services, the language proficiencies of our doctors are listed in their biographies on our website for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth consultation, please bring the following to your appointment:
Your Medicare card and details of any private health insurance
Your concessional card (if applicable)
A list of your current medications
Any relevant investigations or test results

Please note that full payment is required on the day of your appointment. Medicare accounts will be lodged online following your consultation, provided you have a valid referral and Medicare card to access applicable rebates.
We accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, and credit card for your convenience. If your bank details are registered with Medicare, your rebate will be processed automatically and should appear in your account within 2–3 business days.

Our doctors are independent practitioners, so fees may vary slightly. You will be advised of an approximate cost when booking your appointment. For further details about our fee structure, please feel free to speak with our administrative staff.
We recognize that some patients may face financial hardship and encourage you to discuss your situation with your referring doctor if needed. Concessional card holders are eligible for discounted rates.
Please note that private health funds typically do not cover outpatient consultations or investigations unless you do not hold a Medicare card.

Epping Specialist Group has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please don’t hesitate to discuss your situation with one of our friendly reception staff.
Please note that a no-show fee applies for missed appointments and must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
